For Realtors: Price or Order Well Water Testing

Aquatic Analytics can perform the well water testing required by some lenders and loan programs (VA, FHA, HUD, etc.) Some lenders require bacterial testing while others also require lead and nitrate-nitrite analysis, and most require that the sample be collected by an independent party not connected to the real estate transaction.

We have a streamlined process to make this as easy as possible for you. To get started, please enter the address of the well to be tested in the box below. On the next page, you will select the test that you require and preferred sample collection date.

Enter sample collection address:

Enter desired collection date(s). We will be in contact to schedule the exact time and date. This is optional - fill in OR leave blank and press "Submit Date" to proceed..

Notes:

  1. Total cost will be determined by distance from laboratory and the test selected.
  2. You do not have to be present when we collect the sample unless we will be testing for lead.  In all cases, we need access to the well and the power must be turned on.  For lead testing, we do need to get into the house to collect the sample.
  3. We will contact you to schedule the exact collection time.  The requested date is not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
  4. Turnaround time is calculated from the time that the sample is collected.
